A Woman's Home Gym

Men have it easy they don't even have to be attractive if they want to find a mate. All they need is money or status.
For us women it is a completely different story. We rely on our looks to attract a wealthy, healthy, and hopefully attractive male.
Men can simply point and choose which women he wants, and we have to wait patiently to be picked. Yes nature is cruel to us women, so it is important that we do everything we can to maintain attractive physiques.
The first thing that man is going to see is (presumably) the face, but studies have shown that that is not the main concern for them. Using eye tracking technology, male test subjects were reported to explore the face, breasts, hips and legs of females.
Women reportedly maintained examination of the face. So it is important that us women not only have a pretty face (which is easy because we have make up), but also that we have an attractive body.
However, we don't want to have to go to the gym where we are going to get all that unwanted attention, and besides, gym memberships are expensive. So I have developed a full body gym, and the best part, it all fits in your closet.
Here are the three main compo
nents necessary: first; rebounder, second; elastic tension bands, third; stability ball. This is going to give you your cardio, your lean upper body, and that sexy wash board stomach.
Rebounders actually have a great deal of medical benefits that come with them: they speed up metabolism, enhance immunity, and they oxygenate cells (this means you will keep from developing fine lines and wrinkles). We are going to use it for our cardio.
Nature is cruel to us women, this is a fact. We have to deal with weak joints and fragile bones, when men are basically indestructible.
The rebounder allows us to strengthen our muscles without any strain on our fragile joints. The tension bands and stability ball are also going to preserve our delicate skeleton from wear and tear.
The tension bands we are going to use for our upper body strength. When we work against tension we build core muscle strength without the brutish muscle mass.
Lastly we are going to even out the tension and bring the whole routine to center with the stability ball. Planking exercises with the stability ball is going to give you that lean stomach and curvaceous figure that men so desire.
Then when men ask you if you work out you can say, "no it's just good genes". This way your sure to score a ten.
