A lot of women these days are getting pregnant. Statistics show that these women are actually becoming younger too.

Over the last 100 years there has been a huge change in women pregnancies. Just a short while ago women would be married off by the age of fourteen, and have ten kids by the time they were twenty.

Now that is an exaggeration and impossible, but it is true. Then around the sixties women started to become real prudes and basically nobody had babies until they were married, settled in to a cozy house, and at least 18.

Except for that blip where everyone just went mad and promiscuous sex was as readily available as coke-a-cola is today. Besides that though, there has been statistical analyses showing girls becoming less prudent.

This, most men would agree, is a great benefit. The only people that disagree are the real prudes.

Anyway, this leads to pregnancy. Prudence is the best birth control there is, without it there is going to be more baby making.

When pregnant, women tend to get concerned that their physique will be gone forever. That just simply isn't the case.

There are acronyms for females with children that describe how attractive they are. These are usually acronyms because of their derogatory meanings.

Regardless the derogatory meaning, many women still find it quite appealing to be referred to by an acronym pronounced phonically as if it were a word and not just a couple letters outlining a phrase. There are simple tricks to get this situation to come to life.

Exercising while pregnant is a great way to get some derogatory references. Perhaps profanities will even be possible in the future.

Not like rude profanities, but profanities used as an exclamation to draw attention to a specific fact. In the hypothetical situation we have outlined it would be a pregnant women being sworn at to emphasize an attractive body, or a post pregnant lady is more likely.

However, women with weak cervix, low placentas, threatened or recurrent miscarriages, should not exercise during pregnancy. These women should eat as healthy as possible, and try to get a good amount of sleep nightly.

Along with exercise proper diet and sleep are going to be huge factors in fetal development and eventually reclaiming a good physique. The truth is, proper sleep and nutrition are going to do more for the baby than exercise will.

All though exercise too, will create some additional blood flow to stimulate baby development. It is best if all three are incorporated into ones pregnancy.

Keeping healthy well mean maintaining proper weight, not too skinny not too big, and getting good nutrition and rest.
