Believe In The Female Entrepreneur's Courageous Spirit

Resourceful, energetic, courageous, active, opportunistic, diligent, capable and audacious. These descriptive words are just some that could tell us a little about her. The female entrepreneur is also referred to as being self-assured, passionate, imaginative, diligent, gutsy, enterprising, visionary, industrious and plucky.
No doubt there could be other words that would still be applicable to the female entrepreneur, but regardless of which words you choose, the underlying trait of this creature is her courageous spirit.
In times gone by, women in business faced more challenges than their male counterparts because they not only had to cope with the pressures of their career, but also balancing family life, lack of financial support as well as them being perceived as being less effective in the entrepreneurial arena.
Fortunately, times and thoughts have come along way as we continue in the 21st century, however there is still room for more equality in acceptance. Women are now turning more and more to the solo-professional, small business and even fully fledged entrepreneur due in large part to their courageous spirit.
Many women are fortunate to have the required faith and trust in their own abilities to step up to the challenge of creating the business of their dreams. They do not accept status-quo, but rather give themselves permission to go against the norm and move into uncharted waters.
It is the female entrepreneur's courageous spirit that develops her new business model when the door to a previous model closes or the existing one no
longer works to her satisfaction. Their strength and resilience enables them to move onward and upward, setting more challenging goals and sometimes re-invent themselves or their business.
It is because of her desire to succeed and live her dream that a female entrepreneur will foster and draw from an innate reservoir of courage that will ultimately lead her down the path of entrepreneurial success.
The first step is often the most difficult. Verbalising the business idea to those around her is often daunting, and the ensuing steps may evoke feelings of uncertainty and anxiety, but once these obstacles have been conquered, her spirit and courage kick in to face the challenges head on. She believes in herself, her skills and the willingness to stay true to herself when others display doubt. Holding herself 100% accountable, she will be motivated to improve her standard of excellence, commit to specific goals and seize opportunities that continue to overcome setbacks.

Elicit on your true values and beliefs and make your decisions based on them. By following a decisive course of action and take action on whatever it takes to live the entrepreneural dream, you can make a profound change and become a role model for other women to follow.
