The female entrepreneur is also referred to as being self-assured, passionate, imaginative, diligent, gutsy, enterprising, visionary, industrious and plucky.

No doubt there could be other words that would still be applicable to the female entrepreneur, but regardless of which words you choose, the underlying trait of this creature is her courageous spirit.
