Since I have launched my homepage about cures for premature ejaculation a surprising number of women have mailed me for help. Their husbands or lovers are not lasting as long as these ladies would want them to. The men are completely unaware of this problem. This poses a severe problem to a woman.
What can I do so that my partner lasts longer in bed without really telling him? For obvious reasons not man want to be told that his love making skills suffer from his lack of stamina. Women know this thus talking openly about the issue is not a real solution. Nobody wants to hurt the person she/he loves so what can one do?
Having fought myself against premature ejaculation and having talked to many men with the same issues I want to offer some advice here. Techniques that women can use that will improve the stamina of her lover without being too obvious to him. This way the woman can enjoy a longer and more satisfying intercourse while the man's ego does not get bruised.
The techniques
As a first technique I can highly recommend using the cow girl position during intercourse. This position provides fewer stimuli to the lover's penis while at the same time letting him rest physically. The latter has the advantage that he can slow down and deepen his breathing which will help him to improve his control.
Men react different to different position thus it is best to test various po
sitions for which he is able to last the longest. For this test it is important that you do not change the position during intercourse but stick to just one from beginning to end. This approach has the added advantage that the woman can also find the position in which the entire experience of the intercourse - no matter its length - is the most satisfying to her.
It is a know fact that men respond strong to visual stimuli than women. It thus makes sense to provide the men with less visual stimuli in order to decrease his level of arousal. There are many options for this ranging from fully or partly clothed intercourse to sex in the dark or underneath the sheets. Overly erotic underwear should be avoided as well since it is a major turn-on for a lot of men.
Signs of arousal from the woman's side should be restricted as much as possible. Most men get very aroused from seeing a woman being aroused and really enjoying the intercourse. Moaning and dirty talk should be kept under tight control not to lose the man prematurely.
The intercourse should not become too furious. Everything that increases his breathing rate has the potential of lowering his sexual endurance. The less movement that man makes the more he can concentrate on his breathing which is vital to lower perceived stimulation. Being lifted up or any other acrobatic positioning should not be performed by men with a stamina issue.
I hope you found these tips helpful. Please feel free to reach out to me to share both your personal experience and tips.
